Costa’s worm farms and compost bins are breaking down loads of household kitchen waste from the street, as well as shredded paper, allowing it to be returned to the garden as a ripper fertiliser. It’s a very effective use of a challenging, narrow space, and sees organic matter diverted from landfill, and turned into top notch compost. Costa uses this compost in his verge veggie garden.
