This in-depth workshop is designed for school leadership teams, business managers, sustainability leads and staff ready to build their Climate Action School using LEAN tools and resource recovery systems.  Participants will learn how to activate and integrate Functional Sustainability, Circular Economy principles and industry-aligned processes into their school environment — creating strong systems, confident teams and meaningful outcomes.

This workshop is the natural next step after completing Workshop 1 – How to Become a Climate Action School.
