About the Workshop

This 2-hour online workshop equips educators, school administrators, and facilities teams with practical strategies and industry knowledge to activate sustainability aspirations using LEAN principles, resource recovery, and circular economy strategies while aligning with Environmental Social Governance (ESG) goals and industry best practice.

Using real-world case studies, such as Woodridge and Shailer Park State High School’s sustainability transformation, and guided by the Climate Action Schools (CAS) framework, participants will gain an actionable roadmap to becoming a Climate Action School while establishing world-of-work pathways for students.
