For Green Drinks this month we are Introducing Dr Ernie Harbott from Compost Culture!  Ernie was destined to be a professional composter, but her hobby as a composter was always taking up all her focus. After earning a PhD in Biogeochemistry (about the closest things to a doctorate in composting you can get, it’s all about the microbes) she kicked around as a teacher, here and abroad, mostly preaching environment and sustainability.
